The service was excellent and the whole wait staff was very friendly and did a great job. A lot of Greek places have been missing the mark, but this was really great. The food was delicious and very fresh, will definitely come back!
I just had the most delightful experience at a unique Greek restaurant that made me feel like I was in modern Greece. The grilled branzino was cooked to perfection, the octopus was tender and full of flavor, the shrimp with orzo was delicious, and the prawns stood out on their own. The salads were fresh and captured a modern Greek touch. The entire staff was Greek, adding to the authenticity. Our waiter, Panos, gave impeccable service. If you’re seeking amazing modern Greek cuisine with a personal touch, this place is a must!
This was my first time eating here, and I was truly impressed. The restaurant is so cozy and welcoming quiet, not loud at all, and spotlessly clean. Everything looks newly remodeled and very well taken care of. The food is outstanding. We tried the pork chops and the yuvetsi, and both were absolutely delicious, full of flavor and perfectly prepared. For dessert, the pistachio ice cream is a must easily one of the best I’ve had and something you definitely shouldn’t skip. I will definitely be coming back. This place is perfect for business meetings, date nights, or family occasions. An all-around great experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent food in a comfortable, elegant setting.
We had a fantastic Christmas dinner here with the whole family. The atmosphere was perfect for the holiday, but the food and service truly stole the show. The Saganaki was a highlight—perfectly prepared and flavorful. For the main course, the chicken kabobs were tender, well-seasoned, and exceeded our expectations. Rafael was a great waiter, It’s rare to find such attentive, 'above par' service on a busy holiday, but the staff handled everything seamlessly. Highly recommend for any special family gathering!
This is a new restaurant that just opened in Hanover Park. Absolutely love it! Food was top-notch, service was amazing! It’s super clean, modern, big bar, a private room, and they have their own parking. Lamb Chops by far one of the best! We had a chance to meet both of the owners. Great people. I strongly suggest that you go visit the Raki restaurant. I will be back with my family and friends. The owner also mentioned that he will be having Balkan live music from time to time.
The lamp kampana? Lamb shank was AMAZING! Meat fell off the bone flavors were delicious!!!! Avoholemono soup really good and can’t go wrong with feta fries. The portion size are very generous and quality of food was great! Will definitely be back!

The chicken was so flavorful and juicy (not dry at all), and the coleslaw was really good too. I’d love to see rice as a side option in the future — it would go perfectly with the meal! The dessert was the perfect finish — light, flaky, and full of flavor. The drink with vodka, prosecco, and egg whites on top (I know, sounds crazy!) was actually so good, and my friends’ mocktails looked delicious as well. The only thing I’d look out for were the potatoes — they had a bit too much citrus for our taste. Overall, the atmosphere was cozy and stylish, and the service was warm and attentive. Definitely a spot I’d come back to for dinner or drinks with friends!
